We are looking to build our Customer Service team in our Swansea office. As one of the UK’s leading and award-winning O2 Direct Partners and longest established B2B providers in the industry, we offer small to medium enterprise customers with a unified communication offering consisting of, mobiles, hosted telephone systems, fixed lines, internet and IT Services.

This is an exciting role, where you will delve into new opportunities every day, and you’ll always be striving to support the team in delivering the very best customer experience. We are looking for an ambitious, driven individual who have a passion for delivering customer excellence and working to achieve the best for our customers, colleagues, and partners.

Here’s where you come in

You’ll join our Customer Support Team in delivering an exceptional customer experience journey and promoting our services through campaign events.

You will be responsible for supporting our sales and customer service teams by taking and fielding calls, registering new customers, processing orders, providing day to day customer support and all administration duties.

Skills & requirements

  • Keen to train, develop and learn new skills
  • Interest in the Telecoms industry.
  • An active interest and basic understanding of mobile phones, tablets, mobile tariffs, fixed telephones, telephone systems, internet, IT services and cloud services.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge.
  • Ability to work proactively and comfortable using your initiative in an environment where priorities can change regularly.
  • High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm, with a passion for development and being an active and supportive member of the team.
  • To be able to prioritise and manage workload effectively.

Company Benefits

  • Salary – £18,000 – £19,000
  • 30 – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
