Join our team! – we’re recruiting for a Customer Account Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our Swansea based team.

As one of the UK’s leading O2 Direct Partners and longest established b2b providers in the industry, we offer small to enterprise customers with a unified communication offering consisting of; mobiles, hosted telephone systems, fixed lines, internet and IT Services.

You will be working closely with the New business team and support team to support our managed service accounts. We’re looking for ambitious, driven people who have a passion for delivering customer excellence, working to achieve the best for our customers, colleagues and partners.

Here’s where you come in:

You’ll join our Customer Service and Account Management team in supporting our new and existing customers and selling our full portfolio of products and services across all segments of the UK SME customer base.

You will be responsible for; building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, for onboarding and managing new customers into a managed service setting, for placing orders with suppliers, utilizing software and applications to manage services, identifying and developing opportunities through prospecting activity, within our guidelines and within the terms of our GDPR compliance.

Skills & Requirements: 

  • Experience of Telecoms industry.
  • Experience within the account management sales environment.
  • Sound technical understanding of mobile phones, tablets, airtime products, fixed-line, internet connectivity, hosted and cloud services.
  • Experience of selling Gamma services would be of benefit.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong skillset and experience of selling either mobile, IT or fixed/hosted solutions in the Business sector, by delivering complex solutions to meet customers’ needs
  • Strong communication skills, with a strong customer centric approach to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge.
  • Ability to work proactively and comfortable using your own initiative in an environment where priorities can change regularly.
  • High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm with a passion for developing and being an active and supportive member of the team.
  • To be able to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
  • Work well under pressure

Company Benefits:

  • Salary £17,500
  • Additional company benefits & pension scheme
  • Incentivising Performance Related Bonus Scheme
  • 30 – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
