The Comms National Awards is the “most highly regarded awards process in the ICT channel and is fairly and independently judged by a highly experienced panel of channel experts”, “Comms Dealer was the first to recognise excellence in the channel and now, in its 20th year, the Comms National Awards remains the channels most respected and coveted awards process.”.

To be considered for the Comms National Awards 2021 as a reseller you must be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The Reseller Awards are for third-party solution providers like Uplands and recognise the effectiveness, quality and ROI of solutions provided to end-user customers. This year judges were looking for “reseller entries where they have shown that the solution has improved the ‘customer experience’. In today’s customer-led world the experience is everything. Having a clever solution that saves company money is no longer just good enough.”. We are delighted to be recognised that our solutions and service provide this for our customers.

This announcement follows Uplands success at last years Comms National Awards 2020 where Uplands stole the reseller show, as we were awarded the ‘award of the night’ Best Reseller of the Year, being recognised as “a benchmark for service delivery at its best”. This prestigious award is unique, as it is not a category that you are able to enter, instead, a panel of industry experts nominate the deserving winner, who recognised Uplands to be the Best Reseller of the Year 2020. On the same night, we were also awarded the winner of the Best Mobile/IoT Solution and Highly Commended for best Enterprise Mobile/IoT Solution and Highly Commended for Best SME UC Solution.
