T & C Electrical Contractors is an established electrical services provider across the South West. We have been working with them for several years to provide a fleet of business mobiles and mobile broadband connectivity.

Recently, the company has decided to work more closely with our award-winning services by switching its office telephone system and internet connection to Uplands, benefitting from an end-to-end, fully managed service.

Prior to the deployment of these new services, the company had been using a traditional telephone system run over ISDN, and a separate internet connection provider. Uplands now provide a Horizon Business VOIP phone system that supports its office with Polycom VVX desk phones connected via POE, run over a new SoGEA broadband service providing connectivity for their phones and computers.

We ensured that there was no downtime experienced during installation by forwarding ISDN calls to a temporary VOIP number, with the numbers fully integrated the following day.
