Starting 2023 with a bang, we’re thrilled to announce we’ve recently welcomed a number of new clients to Uplands.

PB Leiner Ltd is one of the world’s leading producers of high-quality, natural, upcycled gelatins and collagen peptides. They have a global presence in terms of both their plants and sales support and count approximately 1,1​00 colleagues worldwide, working across many markets like food solutions, health & nutrition, and pharma & bioscience.

We are looking forward to working with them to deliver O2 mobile connectivity and to provide seamless unified communications delivered by our dedicated account management service.

Another new client to Uplands is KRP Express Transport Ltd, an independent transport company based in Southampton, specialising in container haulage throughout the UK. Their modern fleet mainly operates out of Southampton Docks, and they also have the logistics and resources to operate from across all the UK’s major ports.

Currently operating three makes of vehicles, Volvo, Scania and MAN, KRP utilise the latest Microlise technology in the majority of their vehicles to enable them to locate the vehicles and monitor how safely and economically they are being driven. With this state-of-the-art technology, their business operates as environmentally friendly as possible.

As a Zero Carbon SME, it’s great to be working with likeminded businesses which prioritise environmentalism and the safeguarding of our planet.

We will be providing O2 mobile connectivity to the entire KRP team in Southampton, and we look forward to working more closely building on new business relationships while always providing exceptional, award-winning customer service.

KRP Express Transport is our second haulage company to come onboard in just a few months. We are well placed to deliver telecoms solutions to this sector and we are looking forward to extending our reach in this area throughout 2023.
