Q. What job did you want to do when you were aged 10?
A. I wanted to be a dog handler for the police

A. So far it is solo-travelling around Thailand

A. Knowledge is king. In this industry you need to be ready to learn something new all the time

A. I am a Black Belt 2^ndDan in taekwondo

Q. Do you make five-year plans? Do you stick to them?
A. Yes – fail to prepare, prepare to fail! I make five-year plans but use these as guide rather than a strict plan

A. My air fryer!
