Up to £25k basic + uncapped commission
£30k+ realistic first-year earnings
Clear progression to Business Development Manager (with pay rise + car allowance)
What you’ll do:
Speak with UK businesses and start new conversations
Identify opportunities and book quality meetings for our senior sales team
Support marketing campaigns and generate your own leads
Progress to handling your own small business sales as your confidence grows
What we’re looking for:
Confidence and communication skills – you enjoy talking to people and building connections
Experience from sales, customer service, retail, or any role where people skills matter
A resilient, positive attitude and the drive to succeed
Organised, proactive and able to manage your own time
Willingness to learn – we’ll provide full training and ongoing support
What you’ll get:
Up to £25k basic salary + uncapped commission
£30k+ realistic first-year earnings
Promotion pathway into Business Development Manager (with pay rise + car allowance)
