During the upcoming festive period our opening hours are changing slightly, so we wanted to make sure you are aware of the support available to you.
Christmas Business Hours
- Monday 23rd December – Open (Business As Usual)
- Tuesday 24th December – Open 08:30 to 13:00 (limited service)
- Wednesday 25th – Closed (no out of hours service available)
- Thursday 26th Closed (out of hours support available)
- Friday 27th – Closed (out of hours support available)
- Monday 30th – Open (Business As Usual)
- Tuesday 31st – Open 08:30 to 15:00 (limited service)
- Wednesday 1st Jan 2020 – Closed (out of hours support available)
- Thursday 2nd Jan – Open (Business As Usual)
- Friday 3rd Jan – Open (Business As Usual)
For support regarding O2 Services
On any days closed or limited services customers will need to call O2 Business customer services on 0800 977 7337 for support. You will need your password, if you don’t have one please call your account manager to arrange for a password to be added to your account.
Please note, pre-Christmas delivery orders must be placed by Thursday 19th December.
For support regarding Fixedline, Internet, Hosted and IT Services
On any days closed or limited service please email contact@uplands.co.uk. Please note our 4-hour SLA will not be applicable during our closed period.
