For support regarding O2 Services
Out of hours, support is available for urgent technical or fault support. On any days closed customers will need to call O2 Business customer services on 0800 977 7337 for support. You will need your password, if you don’t have one please call your account manager to arrange for a password to be added to your account.
For support regarding EE Services
Out of hours, support is available for urgent technical or fault support. On any days closed customers will need to call EE Business customer services on 07953 966250 for support. You will need your password, if you don’t have one please call your account manager to arrange for a password to be added to your account.
For support regarding Fixedline, Internet, Hosted and IT Services
On any days closed please email cloudservices@uplands.co.uk. A member of the team will respond to you as quickly as possible upon our reopen.
For general enquiries
If you require support regarding a general enquiry, such as; account query, billing query, or service request, on any closed days, please leave us a voicemail via our mainline on 0800 24 00 00 or email customerservice@uplands.co.uk and a member of our team will contact you on our next open day.
