During the upcoming festive period, our opening hours are changing slightly, so we wanted to make sure you are aware of the support available to you.

Christmas Business Hours

•  21st December – Open (Business As Usual)
• 22nd December – Open (Hours may vary)
• 23rd – (no out of hours service available)
• 24th – (no out of hours service available)
•  25^th – Closed (no out of hours service available)
• 26^th – Closed (no out of hours service available)
• 27^th – Closed (out of hours support available)
• 28^th – Closed (out of hours support available)
• ^29th  – Closed (out of hours support available)
• 30^th  – Closed (no out of hours service available)
• 31^st – Closed (no out of hours service available)
• 1^st Jan 2024 – Closed (no out of hours service available)
• 2^nd Jan – Open (Business As Usual)

For support regarding O2 Bluebill Services

On any days closed or limited services customers will need to call O2 Business customer services on 0800 977 7337 for support. You will need your password, if you don’t have one please call your account manager to arrange for a password to be added to your account.

For support regarding Mobiles on Vodafone or O2 billed directly by Uplands

On any days closed or limited service please email support@uplands.co.uk – Please note SLA’s will not be applicable during our closed period and a member of the team will respond to you as quickly as possible.

For support regarding EE Services

On any days closed or limited services customers will need to call EE Business customer services on 07953 966250 for support. You will need your password, if you don’t have one please call your account manager to arrange for a password to be added to your account.

For support regarding Fixedline, Internet, Hosted and IT Services

On any days closed or limited service please email cloudservices@uplands.co.uk – Please note SLA’s will not be applicable during our closed period and a member of the team will respond to you as quickly as possible.
