With a new survey suggesting that up to 55 percent of businesses do not have adequate cyber security measures in place, now is a good time for business owners to consider a careful audit.
The survey, carried out in the first quarter of 2022, is backed up by The Government’s Cyber Security Breaches Survey 2022, which say that 48 percent of small firms reported cyber security attacks or breaches within the past year.
One of the common denominators sees business rely upon security tools that are designed for consumer rather than for business use. These are by no means sophisticated enough to protect multiple devices in multiple locations.
