O2 Telefonica have today awarded Uplands with a National Award of Customer Excellence for 2015.
Uplands have had to provide an exceptional level of service and achieve two major criteria, firstly by having fantastic Customer Satisfaction scores, and secondly by having Industry Leading churn.
The process for this award is independently measured by surveying O2 Telefonica Business Customers and inviting them to score Uplands support and service.
Uplands are further celebrating as this major award comes off the back of us scoring a customer service hat-trick and winning the Best Customer Service Award at the recent prestigious Mobiles News Awards in London for the third year running.
