Boostbox - still can't fix the problem?
Customer - The customer needs to ring O2's Connected 4 Business (C4B) Team on 0800 781 8103. The team will take them through Data Protection & work with them to fix the problem. This is the preferred option.
Uplands - The C4B Team will want to speak to the customer. However, if you need to contact them, call PCS on 0800 11 44 33 & ask to be transferred to the C4B Team (we can't call C4B directly as PCS have to perform Data Protection clearance).
PLEASE NOTE - Please make sure that you complete the initial checks before ringing the C4B Team. If an appointment with an Open Reach engineer is made & it is found that there is no fault, the engineer fees will be charged to the customer.
