Appointment Setter

We required a dedicated appointment setter for our new business team based in Weston-super-Mare.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • To make appointments for our business specialists to attend
  • Proactive management and drive of appointments for potential customers, ensuring conformance to our SalesForce CRM
  • Producing accurate KPI's and pipelines to enable and support progress with sales performance against targets and budget
  • Nurturing and developing customer relationships to maximise appointment opportunities.
  • Effective handling of incoming new business leads that are interested in Uplands products and services 
  • Efficient utilisation of our sales toolset and company SalesForce CRM platform to aid the delivery of retention and growth of our customer base

Skills/Experience Required 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality being delivered in emails and proposals where applicable
  • A self starter and committed to your personal and professional development
  • Experienced within the appointment setting or telecommunications marketplace
  • Driven and highly competitive with the passion and ambition to succeed
  • Have a strong desire to make money and exceed your earning potential
  • A natural ability with proven experience in appointment setting, telesales or telecommunications
  • You understand the importance of excellent customer service and building positive business relationships, being a strong and confident communicator
  • You take a positive approach to all aspects of the role to ensure all targets are exceeded
