Q.How are the products delivered and returned?
A. We want to make sure that you are totally happy with your DVD or Sat Nav system, so those nice people at Uplands will talk you through everything.  All Uplands stores are pick up and drop off points.
Q. What maps are available for the Indago Sat Nav?
A. Door-to-door navigation is available for the UK as standard.  European maps are available at an additional cost.
Q. Do the products come fully charged?
A. We try to charge all products before collection. Sometimes, it may not be possible due to timeframes. All products are sent with chargers.
Q. What are your opening hours?
A. We are open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and our website is available 24/7 to check availability, order or email any other questions.
Q. Are the products easy to use?
A. Absolutely. The products come with full manufacturer’s instructions and a quick start guide to help you get started. If further technical assistance is required then please contact us or your local Uplands pick up point.
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
A. We take full payment for the product on your credit or debit card at time of hire.  When you return the product you will receive a full refund less any hire charges.
