Best For Business Pay As You Use From O2


You can choose either a Best for Business Unlimited, Unlimited Off-Peak or Standard tariff for your business. All these tariffs include fixed charges for all calls, so you only pay pay for the calls that you use  (pay as you use), there are no inclusive minutes. Unlimited & Unlimited Off-Peak tariffs include specified UK calls at 0p per minute.


Best for Business Unlimited (payu)

For all of us in business, our colleagues aren't the only people we call during the day. We all spend time on the phone to clients and suppliers as well as our friends and family. That's why, if you're on the Best for Business Unlimited (payu) tariff and they're on O2, you can call them all as much as you like (UK only) – and we also include calls to your business' nominated UK fixed-lines too . We're the only UK network that does business this way.


Best for Business Unlimited Off-Peak (payu)

For all of us in business, we have a personal life too. We all spend time on the mobile outside of business hours, that’s why, when you choose the Best for Business Unlimited Off-Peak (payu) tariff, you can call UK mobiles or fixed-lines during evenings or weekends as much as you like (UK only). We’re the only UK network that does business this way. Fair Usage Policy applies.


Best for Business Standard (payu)

No free calls with this tariff, but the monthly line rental and call charges are really low. As with all our Best for Business (pay as you use) tariffs you can also get discounts on calls to your fixed-lines (owned by your business) and you can choose up to five numbers to receive a 20 percent discount off our standard call charges.

All mobiles within your account must be on one type of tariff. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to have a mixture of tariffs within the same account i.e. It’s not possible to have an account which has some mobile phones on Best for Business Standard and some on Best for Business Unlimited or Unlimited Off-Peak tariffs.

All tariffs have the option of 20 percent off calls to customers and colleagues. Simply tell us five numbers, which can be UK landlines (01 or 02) or mobile phones, and we'll knock 20 percent off our standard call charges to those numbers.

All our business tariffs include a data tariff with 0.5MB free usage per user per month and then £1.80 per MB. They all include savings on international calls from the UK and calls you make and receive when abroad: International Traveller Service (ITS).

The monthly usage of calls to O2 UK mobile numbers by any mobile (SIM card) connected to a Best for Business Unlimited tariff is expected to be below 10000 minutes. Excessive volume or duration of calls, determined at O2's discretion, acting reasonably, will constitute abuse. O2 reserves the right to monitor usage, to apply call charges and/or withdraw the Best for Business Unlimited tariff from any individual SIM Card, or all SIM Cards, contracted to the Customer at any time in the case of overuse or abuse of the Best for Business Unlimited tariff. Any Charges for overuse will be at standard Best for Business tariff rates.

** Best for Business Unlimited Off-Peak Fair Usage Policy
The monthly usage of off-peak calls to any UK mobile number and off peak calls to UK fixed line numbers (beginning with 01 or 02) by any mobile (SIM card) connected to a Best for Business Unlimited Off-Peak tariff is expected to be below 10000 minutes. Excessive volume or duration of calls, determined at O2's discretion, acting reasonably, will constitute abuse. O2 reserves the right to monitor usage, to apply call charges and/or withdraw the Best for Business Unlimited Off-Peak tariff from any individual SIM Card, or all SIM Cards, contracted to the Customer at any time in the case of overuse or abuse of the Best for Business Unlimited Off-Peak tariff. Any Charges for overuse will be at standard Best for Business tariff rates.


Voice tariffs

1. Unless otherwise stated, call charges are quoted by the minute, exclude VAT and are charged in one-second increments, then rounded up to the nearest second. Each call is charged excluding VAT and then rounded-up to the nearest penny. VAT is then added to the total charges on your bill.
2. Minimum call charge of 2.55p per minute for voice calls and 5.11p per minute for data calls (including mobile Internet calls).
3. Connection to O2 is subject to status, credit checking and the terms of a 12-month minimum term contract.
4. Customers taking E Care and E Billing versions of the tariffs must maintain an email account.

5. From June 1 2006 inclusive minutes on all plans will exclude calls to 07744 and 07755 numbers, these calls will be charged 25p per minute at all times.
