Usage limits apply; each person in your account can make up to 2000 minutes a month of calls to any O2 mobile. After this, any calls to O2 mobiles will be deducted from the inclusive minutes of your tariff and if you have used all your inclusive minutes then any O2 calls are only 8p per minute.

You get more inclusive minutes in your tariff each month if you choose a 24 month contract instead of a 12 month contract.

You can still upgrade your handset after the first year if you choose a 24 month contract.

Add a monthly bundle of minutes to your Best for Business tariff. The minutes can be shared between all the mobiles in your account and can be used for UK calls to fixed lines or mobiles. You can add up to five of the Minutes or Texts Bolt Ons^TM and up to two of the same size. If you don't see a tariff with the number of minutes you want, just add the minutes you need.

Unused minutes rollover to the following month for 1 month only.

Shared Texts Bolt Ons^TM are a bundle of inclusive texts which can be added to your Best for Business tariff. The texts will be used on a first come, first served basis. Unused texts will carry over to the next month for up to 3 months. A minimum six-month term applies if you have subscribed to a Text Bolt On^TM at point of connection to a Best for Business tariff.

1. Unless otherwise stated, call charges are quoted by the minute, exclude VAT and are charged in one-second increments, then rounded up to the nearest second. Each call is charged excluding VAT.Based on the duration, the Ex VAT cost of each call is then calculated and the result rounded-up to the nearest penny. VAT is then added to the total charges on your bill.
2. Connection to O2 is subject to status, credit checking and the terms of a 12 or 24 month minimum term contract.
3. Inclusive Minutes  can be used for calls made in the UK only; to UK fixed-lines & UK mobiles. UK fixed-lines are numbers which begin with 01, 02, 03 or 08. On all tariffs calls to 07744 and 07755 numbers are excluded, these calls will be charged at 21.28p (ex. VAT) per minute at all times.
4. Any Inclusive Minutes & Texts are applied to the ‘first’ mobile in your account and can be shared with any ‘additional’ mobiles in your account. Inclusive Minutes & Text are used on a ‘first come, first served’ basis by the ‘first’ or any of the ‘additional’ mobiles in your account.
5. In the event of a change of tariff any unused Inclusive Minutes & Texts will be lost.
6. ‘Any O2 Bolt On’ provides free of charge calls to O2 mobiles, when both mobiles are in the UK. ‘Any O2 Bolt On’ can be applied to each mobile in your account individually. Usage is capped at 2000 minutes per month for each mobile in your account. Excess charges: If any mobile uses more than 2000 minutes per month then excess minutes will be deducted from any Inclusive Minutes available with your tariff, and if the number of minutes to be deducted exceeds the Inclusive Minutes available, then calls will be charged at the published tariff rate for fixed-line calls. ‘Any O2’ Bolt On is not available with Best for Business Unlimited Anytime plan.
